PAYMENTS
• We accept cash, check, debit/credit cards and Venmo. Venmo: Head_to_TailsNJ
(Due to the high costs of credit cards and Venmo fees, we will now be charging a 3% processing fee.)
• Tip are appreciated however, TIPS ARE CASH ONLY. We do not accept tips through check, credit card, debit or Venmo.

NO SHOWS AND/OR CANCELLATIONS
• We always call the business day before to confirm appointments. If you cannot keep your appointment, Please Call ASAP and give us a courtesy of 24 hours.
• If you do not show up for a scheduled appointment twice and did not call to cancel PRIOR to the appointment, you will be asked to PRE-PAY going forward for each appointment and that payment is NON-REFUNDABLE.
• We have an extensive waiting list. When appointments open, we want to be able to offer that appointment to another client. Our groomers get paid by commission only. When a client cancels last minute/no shows, we are unable to fill that appointment and your groomer does not get paid.
